The App is Usable., but the delivery management is very poor. Had multiple instances where either the items are not delived on time even after raising compliant. There was also instances when items nearing expiry were delivered. ( Contacting the online Lulu customer care was useless but directly contacting the shop got the item exchanged. But they keep on repeating these same mistakes even after following up multiple times.

I have ordered fruits online using Lulu online app on 22/4/2024 expecting a delivery on next day morning slot, but it was not happened and I have escalated the issue to the customer care and requested cancellation and refund. Later Lulu online customer care person contacted me and informed that there was some technical issues currently there and because of that sometimes the delivery date and time slot not getting updated to the stores which can be addressed by them offline. Which worked for me.

Unable to add address Adding address is very horrible. If i type my pincode it is showing other place very very far away. It's not showing actual location even using GPS. What is the use of making this app , Even if we can't add address? How can you people add this to play store without proper testing? I tried many times but no use. Pincode - address are not matching though map is showing correct location but it is showing wrong name of that place. I won't get my product if I order.
